The 20 member TTU Motorsports FSAE team follows a hybrid business model that is a collective blend of agile/lean manufacturing, performance motorsports, and an education non-profit. TTU Formula SAE demands total focus, dedication, along with academic performance. To ensure student success, the Tennessee Tech University College of Engineering has developed a student chapter peer-mentoring program in an Academic Associate supervised MAKER Fab/Machining lab. The TTU Motorsports FSAE management team includes an executive director, along with 6 department directors. These directors, as a team, manage the day-to-day operations as a collective, with new members submitting detailed resumes for available positions on the team. As in corporate America TTU Motorsports positions are earned not granted. The 2015-2016 TTU Motorsports FSAE team will accepts resumes for new positions that include marketing/ business, engineering, cad design, and fab/assembly. Resumes submitted are for the TTU Motorsports FSAE team and should include skill proficiency related to the job you wish to fill.
